Corpus of Ambos in North America

I am interested in compiling images of ambos in North America and commenting on them. You are welcomed to submit your example for consideration.

Remember:

the difference between an ambo and a lectern is that

a lectern holds a book and
an ambo is a monument of the empty tomb.

the difference between an ambo and a pulpit is that

an ambo supports the ritual proclamation of the word of God and
a pulpit supports preaching doctrine.

(See: McCARTHY, D.P. – J.G. LEACHMAN, Listen to the Word: Commentaries on Selected Opening Prayers of Sundays and Feasts with Sample Homilies, The Tablet, London 2009, vi)

Here are photos of two amobs I have found:

Cathedral Basilica of St Louis, Missouri

Note the empty space below the loggia from which the word is proclaimed. This is the empty tomb. The medalion facing North is surmonted by the Eagle features the animals representing the  four gospels, surmounted by the eagle.

Cathedral of St. Matthew the Apostle, Washington, D.C.

Note the empty space below the loggia from which the word is proclaimed. This is the empty tomb. The placement of the ambo and its ritual use, however, appear to be more like that of a pulpit than an ambo.
